About Us

Our founder’s path to helping others with their OWCP battles was shaped by her own firsthand experiences. During her time working as a federal employee, she sustained several on-the-job injuries that changed the course of her career and her life.

She knows what it means to be an injured federal worker— home visits and doctor’s appointments with a nurse case manager, waiting without income while the Department of Labor had pending decisions to issue, vocational rehabilitation, dealing with medical providers erroneous billing for treatment related to her workers’ compensation claims, and, devastatingly,  losing her career due to the injuries she sustained at work. She has faced the frustration of delayed authorizations, the challenges of filing for OPM disability retirement, and countless bumps along the way that federal workers often encounter following an on-the-job injury.

Today, she is honored to use those experiences to guide and support other injured federal employees through the complex OWCP/ FECA process. With five years as a union steward, three years as a board member of her AFGE local, a degree in paralegal studies, and nearly ten years assisting injured federal workers navigate the OWCP process, she combines deep personal insight with professional expertise to help others overcome the red tape and reclaim stability in their lives.
